I saw this show last June!!! It was amazing.. I met the entire cast. I waited by the stage afterwards..

I also got to met Taylor Hicks, becuase he know plays Teen Angel!! Best of all I met Laura and Max!!!

I saw the tour cast which had some of the original cast in it. it was wonderful (though taylor hicks was awful. i think he needs to avoid broadway.)

for the millionth time Sandy is NOT necessarily supposed to be blonde! People got that idea from the movie. The original Sandy on Broadway was brunette and so were others. It's not like Legally Blonde where the character has to have blonde hair if they wanted her to go blonde they would have told her to or made her wear a wig

The mixed reviews and audience reaction weren't Max or Laura's fault. The critics never accepted how they were chosen and too many people go expecting to see the movie. Some people were even annoyed that Laura wasn't blonde, as if she had to be. Derek and Ashley are getting good reviews, but many audience members still report being "disappointed." Hey folks, Travolta and Newton-John are in their 50s. Get over it.

I got to see this show with my school's drama club and it was so amazing. It was my first Broadway show and i was so happy for that one to have been my first. I had watched Max and Laura on the show and i was so happy to finally see them in person. Well from far away but it was still an amazing experience, and I totally recomend seeing it just make sure that Max and Laura are there because my school caught it the day before one of them was going on vacation.

i like what we do in my play after everyone takes there bows we all point to the crowd and give them applause after everybody is standing. it's kind of like what they did with the band.

We did the same for our school production to Grease, we were pretty much like Mamma Mia with the last part. We sung all of the songs. I'm so upset that I didn't get any footage! And at :36 we did the same with the couples coming out. I was with my BF (he played Kenickie) and I was Rizzo. Grease is just great

The theater may be small, but the show is still doing well and making good money. I think the producers underestimated the popularity of the show. The reviews were mixed, but the TV buzz and word of mouth overcame it - a rarity. Theater critics are the only critics with any real power today.

I went to see this yesterday and I personally found this production to be a living testiment to America's love for "Grease",I instantly fell in love with the show all over again. Sure Max and Laura ain't no John or Olivia,but are any of the millions of community theater Danny's and Sandy's any better? Just goes to show you,gems like Grease will always draw in crowds as long as they do it right. And it looks like this one did. ^_^

its one of the smallest theatres on broadway. but it is beautiful. and you forget how small it is when you see them performing on the stage. they are absolutely amazing. i mean its so cool when you're in the front row standing nearly 2 feet away from them!
