You got deleted. Its not a hack, its a local server, someone has the "delete" command and u got deleted, it freezes your game. I can build sand bags ;) if you see those ppl again, type "crash" in console, it closes down their WHOLE game! And its freezes their PC ;)

the first tank thing might be the server administraitor messing around and spawning a tank and the second was that they used ent_remove to delete your caracter out off the game (was this on a local server?)
