I can't imagine someone gutting this beautiful place out. I can agree with the re-wiring but I'd have to keep the house's natural ambiance. It's somewhere I would love to live out the rest of my days. All I'd need is a bit of laborers for a few weeks to clear out the outbuildings to turn them into pottery studios then freshen the rest of the house and I'd be set. I could practically live in the kitchen & I HATE kitchens. I think they're wastes of space but not this one.
Valencian winters are actually very nice & sunny most of the time, it does rain as well of course like most places in winter.You can spend as much on any property as you like of course ,each person has their own 'standards', some people are used to such a soft lifestyle though aren't they !! SL
