Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman has finally revealed himself as what he believes he is:

Legislator of Public Policy. His insincere remarks about families and children come on the heels of his reversing civil rights of minorties and rolling back discrimination laws. He is directly responsible for the

credbility crisis that the Judiciary faces with NY Voters.

Why is Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman preaching about public policy? Is he a senator now? Judge Lippman completely abandoned the Disabled and people in Protected Classes, including Minorities. What he means when he says "children and families" are WHITE AFFLUENT FAMILIES. He is directly responsible for the ethical crisis in the Judiciary today. Instead of trying to strong arm pay raises for corrupt judges, he should be closing the credibility gap that the Judiciary has with NY voters.
