Four months ago, I could only do 10-12, as of today April 20-2010, 30! I've done them every day! Hopefully on Jesus' birthday, I'll do 50+! I can't believe it, I'm getting stronger!!!
A tip that helped me is to set very, very small goals so that they remain achievable.

Sijo (Larry Sanders) calls this one "Ox Plows the Field". You gotta go back up the same way you went down, though, is the only difference.
