Very helpful video! I was pretty nervous about doing this surgery. Now I feel better about going through it. I am just a little worried about the downtime. I just got the news today that my cuff is torn. :-(
I had arthro on right shoulder which was ok for 7 year and as soon as I started elbow dips, bam, torn again. Appointment wit ortho in 6 days. I had same surgery on right shoulder, and the shoulder was always weak, and had OPEN surgery of that shoulder, VERY painful wasn't ever the same again. Had a fall 3 weeks ago, and again now 2 shoulders are blown out. I'm F---ked! for life.
