I did every thing you did the rockets work but the wheels dont spin yes i used Motor bolts

i have somthin better than a car. press square button to open up popit, go to materials, select peach floaty, choose dynamic, select paint, paint one circle, go to tools, select rocket, attach rocket to circle peach floaty, go to tools, select grab switch, attach grab switch to sponge, go to popit cursor, connect grab switch's wire to rocket, close out of popit, grab peach floaty with rocket attached and hold on tight.

Easier way and more customizable, simply build an upside-down U out of rubber w/ square shape, spawn some wheels and motorized-bolt them to the legs of the U-frame, then put some sponge on the front and back on the top of the frame, attach a Grab Activator to the sponges, then spawn two rockets the left and right sides, wire them to their respective sponges, and your off! Simple car that holds its speed!

@peper1boy Nop, I think you PSP has Cancer and is slowly losing all its features, like rocket...

Just finish every level in Story mode to unlock everything, once you use it in Story mode it will be available on Edit mode

theres lots of lol bugs in lbp psp like pop it cursor out of normal copying (happens to me alot) some times the game locks and your psp dies.

that's a rocket, yes... but you need to select some tools first to unlock the rest

ex. the button will unlock other switches

Make sure that you have "something" to stick the bolts behind the wheel. You can't stick it to the air.
