Any idea why the interruption in the video? It seems as if it's caused by vibration or the lack of a transmission signal to the ground, but I find the latter hard to believe. Of all the camera positions to watch a launch from... this is my favorite!
They had mentioned that they had some problems with the on board antenna. I was discouraged as well. With the STS you would loose signal when it looses contact with the Tracking and Data location due to the curvature of the planet. That obviously was not the case here.

It happens on all RocketCam cameras. It happens on the Shuttle too... but as to why it happens? Not too sure on that end.
