  • love it

  • trucado!!

  • I met Pedro at West End Cafe (in Washington, DC) years ago when he played some Chopin for me, then ran to his nearby apartment to get me his album. He's still outstanding!

  • i love it. absolutely love it.

  • The best performer of Albéniz is Esteban Sánchez

  • Anyone heard Marc-André Hamelin play Albéniz? Totally different interpretation and the only recording I've ever been able to find. It's great to hear this guy do it slower and with just as much interest, gives me some hope:P

  • Heard him play all 4 books of Iberia live in Philly. An AMAZING pianist, but wasn't terribly Spanish in character...I like this performance better..Check out Alicia De Larrocha as well!

  • Eh...what about Alicia De Larrocha? I will say he's good he doesn't play it superfast. Even though there's some insecurities and struggles (who won't?), I find his character and tempo very consistent.

  • This is one of THE BEST MUSIC PERFORMANCE IN MY LIFE

  • actually very good playing!

  • I wish there was a way to get certain comments deleted..

    Especially yours...

  • If i ever meet you ill ctrl+alt+delete you! Shut your censorship ideas down for good.

  • I appreciate that life for you must be difficult, what with your 'condition' etc, but really, such forums as this don't need your kind..

Now go away and breath someone else's air please. Your stench is becoming tiresome..

  • oh, and I forget to add, don't bother to reply to me, because I've blocked you..

Lets hope everyone else does the same...

  • wow, this is amazing. but personally, i prefer the band/orchestra version. but this is still really cool!!

  • yeah i like the band version the best, transcribed by lucien calliet

  • This is my favorite movement of the whole Iberia suite.

The last two minutes of this piece are so hauntingly beautiful.

  • Albeniz's greatest work, played by a master.

  • A wonderful presentation of a great Spanish composer.

  • great job of bringing out each voice. Hard to do in a piece like this!

  • Very nice.I feel your emotions.
