  • Yo Jew, order a well done steak, if there's lard you can go to a coffee bar and drink a latte, so long as you don't eat meat it's parev, then you mostly go vegan for one day, that's parve for sure. People who don't eat this and that thing are naturally hated, if I said I'll have a pear if you don't mind when dad cooked salmon cakes he will hate me for rejecting food. Ignore that which doesn't please you, but just tell them you're not hungry, ur putting strain on the bloke who can't read ur mind.

  • Like my skin.. hahah

  • LEAVE AT CLOSING TIME........ it's not nice, it is in fact VERY RUDE to stay past closing time..... it's late, i have a family and have been here all day. What makes YOU so special that we have to keep the staff here...... AFTER hours....waiting on YOU. If you want a longer experience, come earlier next time.

  • Working for the restaurant business for about five years and going, yet still I'm NEVER use to dealing with retarded customers.

  • I see your shift is over but I don't care! man isn't that the truth!

  • This customer was obviously pretty obnoxious, but do servers really get mad if customers don't want to eat pig?

  • "This steak is bleeding. What did you do, hit a cow and throw it on my plate?" LOL!!!

If you guys like funny Xtranormal videos, please check out mine too.

  • Whoever first said the customer is always right needs to get punched in the balls. What if they order shit that we don't have?

  • I work in fast food do I know how stupid and/or rude people can be. I always tip generously, usually 25 percent, and I always do my best to be courteous to the servers. I don't know y some people feel like being complete assholes to total strangers.

  • @Boosted3GV6 Um maybe because that IS how we get paid. 2.13/hr we are not your personal slaves, we are human and do our best. You want someone to attend to your every need, go hire an assitant. It is your job to tip 15% more if service is excellent.

  • It's funny how servers think they are entitled to tips no matter how well they serve...they are called servers for a reason. You serve me and accommodate my every need or you will get a shitty tip

  • "Hello, this is.. Pepsi, what?, Pepsi i want Pepsi i said Pepsi i want Pepsi now." man that shit is funny.

  • Even worst... When you have a party of 4 guests and one of them think he or she is slick and says "oh I'll pay cash". People: when everyone is paying with cards and one leaves cash that's because he or she wants YOU to tip the waiter/waitress for them OR so that they don't have to tip out at all. That's an increasing sad reality and they just play dumb about it!

  • What people don't realize is that people like her are everywhere. It gets even worst when you have a couple going out and the guy wants to leave a good tip and the woman literally takes the money out of the check presenter and gives it back to him or puts OT in her pocket... Many times I was stiffed but had to tip out my bartenders , food runner, busses (hey! That's five people) based on sales = I was losing money on that table.

  • It's Siri!!!!!!!

  • My rule for tipping: round to the nearest 50 cents, multiply by 0.20 (or multiply by 2, divide by 10), and then round UP to the nearest 50 cents. I heard that tipping is supposed to be between 15-20%, so this way I usually get at least 20%. I've never had bad service at a restaurant, even restaurants I've never been to before, because i talk to the waitstaff and thank them for every refill on my water, extra butter, every question, etc. Show courtesy, get courtesy.

  • lol! "i left the restaurant, drove to the store, and bought new chives, cole slaw, and pistachios"

  • I always try to be nice to waiters/waitresses. My mom is one and I know she has bad days thanks to horrible customers. I always try to treat them with kindness, tip them appropriately, and be courteous. I don't understand how people can be so rude to other human beings that are just doing their job.

  • i can get you a coke or a sprite. No, diarrhea will have to do roflmao!!!!

  • love it. I work on the guest service industry (front desk) ahem* Hilton. So i can relate more to the Diamond check in one...but i've done my share of waiting at our restaurant...seriously, who ever said "costumer knows best" is a DUMB MOT#&^$ER and I bow to punch him in the face in this life or the next!!!!

  • i love this shit

  • @kamiko70 I have NEVER not given my waitress/waiter a tip. The smallest tip I have given was probably 10%. Even if the service wasn't very good, they still did their job and they need to be paid. I don't think you even know what a waiter or waitress gets paid without tips.

  • "had I not used your dead husband's body as your second steak" LOL

  • Dear baby Jay Essus...

  • Christ, I could NEVER be a waiter. To be subjected to that type of ignorance and stupidity should be considered mental waterboarding.

  • @TheGentlemanScholar Retail also applies, friend.

  • ...if i had not used ur dead husband's body for ur second steak i would b offended

    EPIC WIN!

  • This is to funny I'm seriously crying

  • should have put more insulting words and maybe threats to the customer even though this was fictional. but could have possibly happened.

  • @imperatorcaesar100

Yea... I could have, definitely! But I wanted everyone to enjoy this... even younger ears and didn't want to offend too badly lol Thanks tho!

  • what a which, if i was a server i would slap her in the face.

i don't take crap like that! unless i use her husbands bowels for the steak. ;)

  • hahahaha! I couldn't stop laughing. This was wonderful.

  • At the end of this viedo tou should have the guy cut this ladys head off

  • Lol seems like everyone is trying to find someone to sue over something. I'm sorry to hear that some got screwed over by dishonest waitstaff, but when you don't tip, do you realize you're screwing over the server? Maybe you didn't tip before and thats why you got a tip taken from your card.

  • i would kill a person like that!

  • Didn't this waste your free experince ...

  • "Gimi cheese cake"

  • hahaha!

  • @jablackw525 Basically people are going to do what they want. you provide bad service, you dont deserve a tip. dont like your job, change professions.

  • Look at 23sullyman, i dont even know them, and look at the attitude i am getting from them. nothing but nastiness. Imagine that person as the ones a good person ends up with, and then tell me they deserve a tip. i am sure they are the lasy asses who dont like to do their jobs, and steal your rightful tips!!

  • Comment removed

  • Kamiko70 you suck at life. Try cooking for your freaking family. Your probably 300pounds and on welfare. So basically us servers pay your %15 tip. Cheap Wh@re!

  • @23sullyman If i cooked for myself, you would be out of a job idiot!! learn not to be a herpes ridden disease factory, and i dont work as a server shit for brains! this is a classic example of what i am talking about, bad fucking attitudes on all the idiots replying!! imagine this foul person working as a server, and you wonder why you dont get a tip, you damn ass hat!!

  • @eraube3 Someone else's kids are my problem because? when customers have a bad day, and dont act right, you make nasty videos like this. when you have a bad day and dont act right, you make excuses for it, call people filthy names, spit in the food, and still want a tip? Why would i pay for a bad waiter or bad service? Food/service is good - i give big tip and i come back, Food/service is bad - i give no tip and i dont come back.

  • @kamiko70 Read the fine print on a coupon or don't eat there. The other issues could have been resolved if you would've just asked nicely. Servers really don't care about moving to another table, etc. provided you aren't dehumanizing us.

  • @princesspeach890 if the coupon has hidden charges, then whatever extra i pay, there is no money for the tip. dont like it, blame your boss, he's the one that did the hidden charges and stole my money!!

  • Pretty funny sh!t and if you don't find it funny, well then I hope you don't come in my restaurant. Even managers talk sh!t about you.

  • hahah does it have pork? stupid black bitch

  • "had I not used your dead husband's body as your second steak, I would be offended" LOLOLOLOLOL

  • I always wonder at exactly what point we stop being human beings. Is it when we put on the apron? Or maybe its the tie. Servers are not stealing or adjusting tips. If you do, you get fired. Most times when a card is incorrectly charged its because you idiots cant freakin add. And the others times? Guess what, people make mistakes. If customers remember that we were still ppl there wouldn't be so many of us who are so pissed off at how horrible people can be.

  • @nikkisuggs87 We're not humans to them.... we're soulless, emotionless automatons designed to fulfill our customers' every demand, no matter how unreasonable. Didn't you read your training material?

  • @nikkisuggs87 There is a wonderful documentary called "American Waitress" ........I wish half of the people I serve would have at least watched the trailer. More importantly, THUMBS THE FUCK UP for people who order water, with LOTTTTS OF LEMONS ........and then use every sugar packet in sight. "If life gives you lemons.........."

DONT FUCKING USE THEM TO MAKE GHETTO LEMONADE IN PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!" jus sayin.

  • @nikkisuggs87 I think you stop being human when you walk into a restaurant with so few brain cells that your server actually has to remind himself that he's not allowed to kill the customers.

  • And chives. I want chives. GIVE ME CHIVES. LMAO.

  • @kamiko70 All I can say is, I'm glad I'm not a waitress anymore and I can focus on my Professional Photography Business :)

  • This isn't my profession. I worked as a waitress for a bit while we saved up for our wedding and to pay for college. I understand many restaurants have nasty servers and those that steal money for tips. But when I worked at Texas Roadhouse, you can't CHANGE the bill. Everything is set in the computer and you can't just add in numbers. Stealing always catches up with people, anyway! All I can say is, I'm glad I'm not a waitress anymore and I can focus on my Professional Photography Business :)

  • @kamiko70 you must be a real douche

  • @kamiko70 you must be a real douche

  • @kamiko70 you should not be allowed to eat out at restaurants

  • @kamiko70 You've never worked a day in your life, have you, kamiko70? At least not in customer service. It's not always easy to just "change jobs" when you're paying for college, a family, or a wedding. The solution to shitty customers isn't to get waitstaff that will tolerate the shitty customers: it's to raise awareness for what waitstaff have to deal with.

  • because this always happens at cheescake factory!!!!

  • there seems to be alot of people who work at cheesecake factory who make these

  • @ColdasHoth Yea I noticed that too lol

  • @ColdasHoth thats because some seriously dumb fucks go to cheesecake factory, i work there and i have to bite my tongue alot

  • my sister and her 8 children will arrive in the next 2 hours

    amazing

  • Don't worry, my reply wasn't aimed at you! :) It was meant for Springs131, who I hope never ends up in my restaurant! I love this video, and I think it's awesome. I'm a waitress and former hostess, so believe me, I understand! :)

  • yea :) it stinks!!! thank you very much. i'm glad you don't hostess or waitress anymore.. what a drag!

  • @livinandlovin8876

Too bad there's no cheesecake factory in my city. Two dinners is enough food for a week.

  • Yeah, service jobs suck.

  • my husband died in the bathroom cause his bowels exploded.. hahahahahahahahaha.

  • @clarachick16 wtheck was that a joke?

  • Fuck the customers who think there the only customers in the room who take up all your time and when you tell them you need to go help other customers when your busy they get angry at you and leave you no tip

  • Aren't those the dog-bears from Geico?..

  • @Springs131 And it's our right to make you wait until your party arrives to be seated.

  • @sugarycactus thanks... i'm aware of this. i'm just poking fun at how long some people would make me wait. i'm glad i quit waitressing! i don't recommend it lol

  • "I don't care"....gets me every time

  • "give it to me now"

  • So "ginormous" portions is a good thing? How bout cut the price and give me just enough food to get full? It's like Bucca de Bepo, ridiculously sized portions. Why?

  • Because we love you so darn much :)

  • @aramaic1138 oooh i l0ve Bucca de Bepo

  • Texas Roadhouse has good food..but they can do away with the line-dancing... I dont think 98% of the guests care

  • I agree with you good sir :) I hate having to stop serving my customers to go freaking dance. It sucks so bad lol

  • I work @ The Cheesecake Factory, and STUPID CUSTOMERS should watch this BEFORE they sit down!!!!

  • @Springs131

In response to your "C". It's not that the server is acting like the customer can't wait for other people to join them, it's that the server has been skipped over in rotation from being able to take other tables, or to continue being able to serve that table, because the people who are joining them are 30-45 minutes away from actually joining. I give the same response to not letting the server know that the other people won't be joining them after all.

  • I love it! I wish all clueless customers would watch these!

  • And also, I bet you didnt know this but I work at Texas Roadhouse and if we do not say "Hello, welcome to Texas Roadhouse! Have you ever been here before?" then we get fired. We get to keep our jobs based on what a secret shopper scores us on. A lot of people don't know that. So if I don't get your drink right away because I'm letting you know who I am so you don't call me "hey" or asking if you've been there before, remember I have no clue if you're a secret shopper :)

  • @kyliemccandless My job is the same way.. If we don't do things a certain way or say scripted BS they feed us, we can get fired. Especially since "every call is recorded for quality assurance purposes"
