Question:

If she, as the song said, actually "carved her name" into the side of his car, wouldn't that be evidence he could use to prove that she's the one who did it, and sue her accordingly? Especially if it's in her handwriting.

Now, I'm not condoning cheating by ANY means, but if she had carved something anonymous, like "CHEATER," which could be from any of his exes, THEN he could never prove it!

She might confess to him at a party, but at that point, it would still be his word against hers, unless he recorded the conversation.

even if she doesn't carve her real name, i still think she is bound to leave some of her dna at the scene, whether it's a bit of blood from cuts (glass breaking all around her) or maybe some of her saliva, or even an eyelash hair. it is next to impossible not to leave some piece of your dna behind at a crime scene, unless you are VERY well-practiced, and i do not believe the woman portrayed in this song is anything close to a criminal mastermind.
