I, like many people, intelligent or otherwise, would be happy to find myself in love with a woman of any color. I say "color" because that's what people are ultimately so preoccupied with. Culture is, in many ways, a matter of choice. Ethnicity and nationality are labels that only apply as much as you let them, and "race" is pure fabrication. My child will look like me, and his or her mother, whoever she may be. A superficial thing like color should be, at most, a matter of aesthetic preference.
I strongly disagree with Ali. It's fine for him to abide by this narrow-minded viewpoint, if that's what he wants, but he is incorrect in broadly applying the assumption that "every intelligent person" wants to mate with someone of the same color. His analogy doesn't hold up either, of course, as human beings are one species. Arbitrary historical circumstances have shaped the current "racial" paradigm, and it is just this sort of thinking that creates so much conflict, in the first place.
It's not despicable. Racism is hatred of another race. He has racial pride & has racial preference. He prefers to have sex, get married & make babies with black women.
