Death duties are a good thing. Just be grateful they are not like they were in the UK in the 70's. i.e. 80% of the value of all wealth over $100 000. or thereabouts. Okay, I totally made up those figures.
You can't tax somebody when they're dead, so it's not a "death tax". It's a tax on the heirs who were fortunate to have someone rich leave them money. I never had to worry about paying that tax. Thanks to recent tax laws, neither did George Stienbrenner's heirs who got maybe 1.8 billion tax free.
he's been railing on the tsa more than any other senator. so if he's going to hold to a principle he believes in, i support him all the way. besides he was willing to go through the scanner again which is more than reasonable. maybe they just like to feel up other dudes who've clearly got bigger balls than them.
so you saying all a terrorist have to do, is become a senator and EASILY pass with a bomb on a plane? being a senator gives you no privilege over anyone else, so u should be more worried, he feels special than the TSA trying to do their job to ensure your security.

Rand Paul is not above the law. He's not more than you, or me or anyone else. If people need to go through the TSA he shouldn't be able to avoid it.
