4:39 unit freight is anything shipped in bulk from containers,coal,grain,potash,trash (including contaminated soil and nuclear waste), vehicles,mail,trailers,and yes the Fruit Express itself are all unit freight and use the Bailey Yard pit tracks to get refueled before they head to their final stop.
@geomodelrailroader Yup. They do that same thing at all classification yards such Hinkle and Roseville yard and among others as well. Pretty much common practice on class one railroads like the UP and CSX.
Pretty cool how they do that. Unit trains like stack train and coal are just Point to Point and do not need switched out. Still is really cool how they process these train in these yards.

@Lightwolf333 LOL the only way to see Bailey Yard is on top of the Golden Spike Tower you might need to bring binoculars because Bailey Yard is big.
