alright so i literally *just* finished this movie...and yes, this trailer DOES NOT DO THE MOVIE JUSTICE!!!

the film is *not* cheesy or lame or flimsy. it's actually an incredibly sentimental, heartfelt story with real warmth, real emotion. you care for the characters, you actually *feel* something. it's just as dramatic as it is comedic, maybe moreso.

and, as always - SAM ROCKWELL IS DA BOMB!!!! absolutely outstanding, that man, in this and everything ive seen him in. <3

This movie was on Netflix streaming so I said what the hell I'll watch it. I liked it. It has a nice cast, honest performances, and enough of an underdog theme to keep things simple and wasn't overly sappy. It's not Hoosiers for sure, but It's a harmless little lark to take up 100 minutes of your life. Check it out.

I didn't realize what I was doing to my kids until I got caught with some vodka during a game. A player came up to me and said literally, "You have so much to offer, why?"
