The Norwegian government does not really do anything about it. Although, in the video, they claimed that the police will focus more on "that particular group" -- whatever taht means.
Some of the rapists are caught, of course. However, they are "asylum seekers" and they do not give two fucks. Even if some of them are imprisoned it is only for a year and a half or two years in a Norwegian prison.
