As a resident of Illinois, I am aggravated that Obama voted to spend our tax dollars on rebuilding a football stadium instead of spending the money on schools like Chicago's inner city, where kids are missing things like keyboards for their computers. Sure he created union jobs, but only temporarily until the project was finished. Education is what is missing, not a remodeled football stadium, supporting a sport that pays it's players millions of dollars every year.
damn I love that pastors question. Edwards, of course, couldn't answer it. GM wasn't what he was asking, it was whether religion should play a part in denying equal rights.
hillary is a republican in disguise .Just like clinton did she'll be purusing republican policy if she gets to power. until she was a teenager she was a republican hence still indores republican idealogy, i just hope obama wins it.
I think after GWB JR was re-alected it should now be up to the rest of the world to vote in American President's. It is only fair since the American President's seem to have as much of an effect on the rest of the world as our own elected and ruling leaders. I will cast the first vote for......OBAMA!!!!
imonfire13 :) made me smile, thanks. (although as an American I'm officially obligated to belittle you with an arrogant comment displaying a narrow minded view of American Superiority)
What I got of this is that none of the democratic canditates (save possibly Gavel) object to the status quo - nation building, wars directed by the executive branch, dishonest and destructive income tax, big government programs directed out of WashingtonDC, etc, etc. Hilary considers herself the "progressive" liberal. LOLOL She won't talk to foriegn leaders unless she knows their motives first... sounds like more GWB foriegn policy to me
hey veracifier maybe you should put up the part of the debate when mike gravel pointed out that clinton and obama are backed by and "in the pockets of big corporation,of course obama being the talker that he is started rambling about some bill he passed, but not once denying that he is a big corp puppet!
this can't be call a real debate cus CNN did not give a fair amountof time to those candidates that got less money to their campains then Obama and Clinton.;[
Your democRAT candidates better come up with something better than throw up the white flag in Iraq and socialized health care or they have no chance of winning the election.
As far as I could see Anderson Cooper is great moderater and very quick on his feet(smart and witty). Thanks Veracifier for creating and posting this video. Also, I loved this form of debate and I want to see a lot more like it in the future.
very funny :-) We need more humor in our politics. I was in Canada last month and they know not to take life and politics too seriously. Thanks Dale for the reminder.

I like Gravel laughing at the end.

This was a good venue for the Democratic candidates. They look strong, poised, and ready to kick some Republican ass.

Hilary had some great ones in that clip--especially the question about meeting foreign leaders in comparison to Obama.
Biden had a great moment too, for responding to the gun question and the pullout question.
