Thanks! And that might be it, but I still think it was human error xD When I make AMVs I'm in "listening mode" and then when I watch them I'm in "watching mode," so if I can't see why I did something I change it because it doesn't fit. And please excuse my dorky names XD

lol Well... maybe do this.. selectively pre-render parts :) It plays them back in real time. xD and saves final rendering time sometimes xD I do understand you of course! l

Well, in Sony Vegas, if you select an area of your video clips that you're editing - a loop region - and right click on the top above the clips , you will see a set of options. One option is to "selectively pre-render". This will make a video preview in your window that you can play back smoothly without lag :)
