It is always a good thing to learn the facts before speaking on a situation. Brandy was cleared of any wrong-doing in the situation. The woman who died had drugs in her system. A car stopped suddenly in front of the woman who eventually died and she stopped suddenly causing Brandy to hit the rear of her car. The woman spun out of control and then another car hit the side of the woman's car, giving her injuries that ended up being fatal.
