  • I was inspired to do this by the success of something similar that I did at work. I had 5 minutes of footage detailing a process improvement that was rather boring, so I did something similar to this. By quadrupling the playback speed and making it look like a silent movie, I illustrated the new process and increased the entertainment value of it at the same time. It was a hit, going straight to an Executive Vice President's Office. =)

  • The super-cheesy "Corolla The X" Toyota commercials also played a role in inspiring me to do this, but that's not real black and white, they just wash out the colors to make it look BW-ish. =D
