@sadnum2 its actually juno not minerva controlling desmond. maybe desmond is a tool being used/controlled in a war between the gods. i say that because minerva seems to have delivered a message and juno seems to have taken action. i dont know but this game is awesome.

in AC1 i actually used the dagger/short blade/whatever you want to call it because the throwing knives were combined with it. in AC2 the short blade was all but useless because the throwing knives weren't combined with it anymore. finally, it looks like it's combined again! :D

The Templar in the game is just plain stupid. If I am a Templar in the game, I WILL NOT F**KING LEAVE A SINGLE PIECE OF HAY AROUND MY TOWER!!! Or if I'm a badass Templar, I'll wait until Ezio lighten up the tower, and I'll then remove the hay stack, so that he has no where to jump. (I'm not a Templar)

@LordSorontur i dont think you will be able to steal a gun from guards you'll probably only be able to pick up ammo off them cuz in order to steal a weapon you have to counter it and i doubt you can counter a gun from far away with your hands lol

When I saw the AC1 Trailer Hoped it had a crossbow but it hadn't.So I couldnt wait for the crossbow in AC2.But the tiny pistol was invented so i didnt waited a crossbow in ACB.I think it doesnt match with the age of the game :)

@aicarambaalguem I see what you mean, but it was requested by popular demand ever since the first AC trailer showing Altair with a crossbow, so I'm glad that Ubisoft listens to their fans and will put a useless AWESOME item into their game just for us.

@Scyran - Not to ruin your fun, but from my point of view, it looks like it could be the worst, the stealth will likely becom much less preminent just like it did in AC2 (which is sad since stealth is this series's strong suit and fighing is not) the Brotherhood assistance moves make the player seem lazy (Altiar rescued citizens on his own) and Ubi needs to relize its too late to add a crossbow (we have the hidden gun as a long range kill, that has disadvantages for balance ulike the crossbow

@oathkeeper005 as long as the stealth is optional ill be happy, and no one is telling you to use the assassins or the crossbow or the hidden gun. as long as its optional ill be happy. and regarding the weapons, the more the merrier :D

@CatsAttackAgain Im fine with not using the new tools, the issue is much more that AC2 and possibly this game as well, stealth has no real use, it has plenty of tools, but when it comes right down to it, the game rewards you more for just running into a crowd ganster style and ignoring stealth entirely, and if you for some reason need to run (not that the AI is anything to fear) guards in AC2 are easy as hell to run away from, and no stealth is even required.

There is plenty of stealth in AC2 certain missions require you not to get spotted, and also in AC2 when you are notorious it is beneficial to blend into the crowd be stealthy and kill your target. Also they gave you a poison blade what is more stealthy than that? Killing your enemy without them even knowing it until it's too late. The ability to kill your enemies from hiding spots is stealthy, I mean you hide in the spot and when the moment comes you strike. It is stealthy.

@oathkeeper005 still if you wanna be good, you need stealth, sneak up behind them and kill them without drawing to much attention to yourself. but it's not necessary to kill without being seen, but a lot of missions are to kill without being noticed! so it's not only FIGHTING, but also sneaking and then fighting :p

@oathkeeper005 Stealth was in most missions just in Option, kill without being seen, but I agree with you about the help of the other assassins, but if you just use it when you HAVE to use it , It'll still be pretty awesome. I mean, If you don't wanna get help you just fight alone!

Looks like not only can you use the gun+sword combo, but you can use the small blade + knives combo... add in the crossbow and apprentices and this should be interesting...
