Guys you have to unlock pets in the Zaishen Menagerie by unlocking pets in PvE, or if you buy all the pets from the GW store. Also for the rare pets like Rainbow Phoenix you can't get them even if you buy the GW store pets...You have to unlock those by beating campaign or other things.
