Second Life Texture Align Script Tutorial - A basic instruction

Could I use this script to align the tiles in my SL floor? What if the floor is linked to the rest of the house? In that case, will it only align for the prims in which the script is inserted?

Actually, you are correct, but dont forget that the prims listen to the settings of the rootprim so it would be easy to have that be part of the floor.
