My server has a dedicated knife fight arena on it, its like a mini game within a game. We knife fight all the time at center core, and the server keeps score. If anyone violates the knife arena by coming and shooting people like anoob idiot, they get punished by being teleported by the Ship of Fools, they're HP reduced to 1 and they lose -10 to their score. Download the BF2142 *demo* server, install it, trick out your video and control settings, and connect to my server, CHOPPERGIRL's AIRWAR.

basically the higher your ping the longer it takes for information to get from you to the server. Anything over 100 is getting pretty bad, so online is pretty much unplayable for me.

As far as I know, just through improving your internet connection, but I have a good connection so I don't know what the issue is honestly. I've heard of a few others having the issue though. I'm going to try and get it to work again sometime this week, but I don't know if it'll help.
