Yeah, because if a band doesn't use the over-used singing/screaming dichotomy for their music then clearly they are too linear! I mean, you have to sing and scream in equal measure or you're not a versatile band, right?

What relevance does sarcasm being easy to use have? My point is the singing/screaming mechanic that bands use has been rehashed so many times, it's not the solution to lacking versatility as a band. Exit Ten are grand the way they are, they're not trying to be Alexisonfire or 36 Crazyfists.

Because I don't think it helps further your point, being rude is being rude, simple as buddy. And I didn't say they should try and be those bands, if you listened to their ep and earlier work, you would realize they have screaming. And it would be more versatile, just like using tech riffs is, and they do, which is why they are set apart. I didn't say they should become As I Lay Dying, or a band that uses singing and screaming alot, just a slight amount would improve their style In MY OPINION

But that makes no sense, they have just as much screaming on the album as they did on the Exit Ten EP. I think they're fine how they are, adding in more screaming doesn't make you more versatile.

Yeah well most bands songs sound the same, because they have their own style. Bringing other aspects, change in tempo, time signature, vocals do make a song more versatile.
