I'm afraid this weeks comp is Glitched, the Skyline 2000gt takes on the tune of the Nissan S15 Silvia if you change to 2nd gear at the right rpm off the start line. Been testing this the last couple of days and yeah, not entering, it ain't fair with this car till the patch release :(

Sorry about that :( I didn't anticipate this kind of complication. This is the last week where I'm picking the cars and tracks though, because next week we're having the winners from Week 4 choose. And the winners of this week will determine the car and track of week 7, and so on and so forth.

I cant push my car any faster than 1.26,950 at the mo. its agonisingly frustrating. i dont know know why i bothered posting because i am gonna be on this damn track in this (imo) terrible car for the rest of the night cussing words @ the poor innocent tv that my mother would be shhocked with and the devil proud of untill i get it under 1.26....... Well, we've had muscle cars, exotic cars, so we decided to go for a classic car this time around :) Just gives everyone a chance to drive in a car they might not have otherwise driven.

Plus, leading up to the game's launch, I remembered a lot of people being excited for the inclusion of the Skyline :)

The challenge is for SIlverstone International. He is driving on Silverstone National. Which explains his lap-time as the national track is much shorter.

@ray1244 - I play on PC with a keyboard. There are two ways of getting a good launch. 1 , tap the key, 2, time your revs so just before it goes green your needle drops into the launch zone.

while that is true .. i also gave the exact same downloaded copy to my cousin .. and his works brilliantly .. and even people with the genuine copy had crashes .. thers like a 20 page thread on EA forums i remember .. discussing on how to fix ..

and @tsukasa it works some times .. buh crashes rest .. it might be my comp but i know my computer can handle the graphics .. maybe its just my computer setups ..

well not to sound like a smart ass this datsun isnt really a 2000 GT-R skyline because the current 2000 GT-R skyline is a (r-34,v-spec) model this datsun is the first generation skyline it was made wen datsun and nissan had joined company's together this is about a 1978 i think but its the first gen of skyline that then evolved into a newer version then went on to the R-32 ,then R-33 , then R_34(my favorite) and the newest current model the GT-R(R-35) ... but im just letting u no so yea late...

I have used a muscle car in previous weeks, plus I used a lambo last week, so I went classic this week :)

No worries though, this is the last week where I do any choosing of the cars :) Next week we'll have the winners of Week 4 choose which car and track we use!
