Are these vids uploaded at an unusually high quality? Audio fine but the image 1 frame every 10 seconds. Annoying.

try changing your settings - youtube provides a low quality version for people with slower internet connections, which should be the default. its not related to the quality of the upload because all uploads are re-encoded by youtube
