  • 9 FUCKIN` RETARDS !!!

  • @DiggaBua Maybe they disliked it because of the awful quality and ringing noise

  • I was serving in the Marine Crops when I purchased this CD. As an ex "military man", this song is just as powerful and relevant now as it was 27 years ago!!

  • @OldManPoopOrgy well i saw gary moore play whit bb king when gary moore told him to fuck off and walk off and it is well knon gary moore was kicked out lizzy 3 times so yes you could be right

  • delicate sound - thats finest in rockNroll

  • So glad they put their differences aside and became friends again before we lost Phil. We would have missed so much!

  • What is this Video Called?....Is it Thin Lizzy or Gary by himself with Phil?...Need to get a copy of this.

  • So much talent, Phil and Gary were a match made in heaven!

  • i still loved this version.what a pity Gary play blues

  • ANYONE CAN GO ON GOOGLE AND FIND LOADS LIKE THIS ( just put in gary moore sude in german court ) A German court has ordered former Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore to pay damages after ruling the guitar solo in his 1990 hit "Still Got the Blues" had been plagiarized from a German song written in 1974.

A court in the southern city of Munich said on Wednesday the solo in Moore's song was too similar to the one in "Nordrach" by the band Jud's Gallery not to have been copied .

  • @theawakener7 in complete agreement with you

  • @theawakener7 couldn't have said it better myself. Thank God we still have Gary!

  • One of the greatest loses to rock music. thank god Gary is still alive. R.I.P. Phil and long live Gary Moore

  • papa take a look at your boy as a military man!!!

  • its poetry in a musical format!! love it!!

  • The best-selling Thin Lizzy recording in the United States was NOT

    "Jailbreak"(1975). It was"Black Rose;A Rock Legend"(1981). And

one of the guitarists on that album was.......GARY MOORE!!!!!!!!

  • so great, it´s only rock and roll but i like it so much

  • yyyyyyyeah!! Please god take Phil out of the grave and put him together with Gary!!!

  • Rest in Peace,Phil...

  • wonderfull..hear this song..and attencion for the lyric...great

  • @jammydogerful are you retarded? phil lynott was one of the best

  • @jammydogerful, he didnt ruin thin lizzy, he made thin lizzy.

  • @jammydogerful

What the hell are you talking about! You must be a 12 years old kiddy... you need to learn a little more about music... Not only this, but music in general!

  • ALways loved this song for iiiincredible drumming!

  • 24 years later and Irish music still misses Phil as we all do! Greatest ever Irish musician!

  • okay thank you..but why was he sick or ???

  • Comment removed

  • it was because of all the drugs and alcohol he took

  • What happened to phil..is he dead???i dont know

  • @moria9000 He died on January 4, 1986, when he was 36 years old.

  • mama take a look at your boy he is SOULJHAAA

  • @HornitosConcerto .. well it all started when we couldn't discipline kids in school and then everything went soft!

I say cane the little bastards and then we can get some decent music as they will have experienced pain! .. aaah the good ole days!

  • Great performance, I remember this show, I taped it to VHS.

Man...remember the days when it was "normal" for the rock musicians on mainstream TV and radio to actually be extremely talented musicians, what the fuck went wrong with society ?

  • those days are long gone. They now prefer talentless rappers and "sexy" women doing more dancing than singing.

  • excellant, thanks for all those fantastic songs and performances lads, yous were inspirations ,possible influence on my chemical romance, similiar uniforms.

  • SING FOR ETERNITY ...

    FOREVER ....

  • such an an amazing combo these two. why did you leave phil?

  • Phil was indeed the king..

  • Phil Lynott the King

  • Brilliant. Knocks the crap out of it's more celebrated flipside. Oh, Philip, why have you forsaken us.

  • smashing song

  • Excellent!

  • what i love about GM???? man that guy "FEELS EVERY NOTE"!!

  • Gary Moore best rock guitarist ever.

  • hehehehe! Go on the stage yourself if you are better, then call anyone you want rubbish! Capice? Eh?

  • So, don´t go to his shows anymore! Sorry for the moneyloosing!

  • Maybe you should go over to norwegian blackmetal with that aggressive attitude?

  • Gary grew up in Belfast, thats Belfast Northern Ireland subject to occupation by the English military but your right about one thing "you have no idea".

  • this song is fuckin BEAUTIFUL

  • lurch on the drums hahaha

  • never thought about it but it must be Phil who wrote the lyrics! typically Phils words.

    Love it! RIP Phil

  • GARY MOORE is fucking crazy i love him hes fuckin awsome

  • I loved both G. Moore and P. Lynott!!!

  • great stuff, the usual melodic solo, nice Hamer.

  • Phil Lynott Is awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love the album this song comes from! Poor solo, however. But I can understand, it's a bit sad song.

  • Phil lynott looks ill here, but i suppose if it was 1985,he died in 1986. R.I.P phil xxx

  • it was actually 1984

  • nope... 1985. Phil's version was earlier, but phil & gary only did this in early 85. This was a promo for Run For Cover album/Out in the Fields Single which were released in 1985. They toured the UK for it in Sept. 1985.

  • This is early 1985....not 1984. Run for Cover didnt even come out until 1985.

  • nice !

  • GM may be the most under rated guitar player ever!!!!

  • Gary Moore is using a Hamer, brilliant...

  • yes yes yes yes

  • VERY COOL! I love this! Guys like Gary Moore, Neil Schon, and Carlos Santana rock because they are melodic, have great tone, taste, touch, and great SONGS as well! Gary and Phil was a great partnership - classic!

  • I like how this song goes from aggressive to very relaxed and melodic, and then back to aggressive again. And as usual, great musicianship from Gary and Phil and the other members.

  • Very nice song!

  • My favourite song EVER. I don`t think Phil is going to pop he looks good to me.

  • Excellent!

I bought this new on vinyl back-in-the-day...great then, great now.

I dig Gary so much more as a rock player than a blues guy and this tune is one of the many reasons why.

  • I agree.

  • A partnership made in heaven! Like Page & Plant, Richards and Mick et al...

  • WOW ! What a song !

  • Passion thank Phil RIP

  • This is a Thin Lizzy gig, not Gary Moore.

  • No it isnt,it's from The Tube.

  • Actually, it's from a program called ECT - it aired on Channel Four in the UK in 1985.

  • Sorry my mistake, you are correct.Getting my shows confused.Rockin show ECT.

Tube did a heavy metal special in teh 80's which I mistook this from. Thanks

  • Phil wrote and played this song with Grand Slam after disbanding Lizzy. They never got a contract but there are some demo's and concerts in circulation.

  • SUCH A SHAME HE HAD TO DIE SO YOUNG!!

  • DAMN! This song rocks. I can't believe I never heard it before.

  • Man phil looks like he's gonna pop

  • Great song... kinda cornyish how they put on military jackets. lol

  • Run for Cover is fucking good record !!! rate 5 for me too ,so wonderful !! thanks dimbag62

  • I love it. I can feel those riffs coursing through my soul.

  • Amen brother.

  • Awesome, I rated this video a 5.

    I've heard it done Live.

I saw Gary Moore in concert Live in 85.

    I saw him in Germany.

  • What a waste!! Miss Phil's music!
