Just stumbled on this guy Jon Damian, and after a couple of videos of getting used to the unusual, scat singing, hes one hell of a player. So much feeling. No disrespect Jon, i love your guitar playing.

jon attended berklee in the 70s where he was then asked to teach after he graduated...very nice guy and wonderful teacher.

he currently teaches a creative improv class and has many books out.
