when you say november mix do you mean the mix features only track released in november 08?
if so what are your sources for staying ontop of all the new grooves... (I'm an aspiring Electro house/breakbeats DJ)

My mixes are usualy a blend of new & old material. I have tracks i pre pick and then just randomly select from my dj box the rest. Just how i would play in clubs. Theres always tracks you know you wana drop, the rest just happen!
