Damn it's hard to believe that it took you 3 and a half years to just gain 24 pounds. It only took me a month to get from 118 to 147. I'm not saying it's a problem. Your getting really good results but I'm just suggesting that you workout a little more harder. If you want to get big, try putting more weight but doing less reps.
@overheadstar yeah um when i was 165 i could bench 250 for 6 reps and curl 65s and do front raises with 40s im not name dropping but im super small like my waist was size 28 when i was 165 not saying i was monstrous but i know what im doing thank you for the criticism

yeah, im 180 now but my waist is like 34 now, im gonna make an update when im 205 its been a minute since this. im alot bigger now.

I train very heavy and do less reps towards the end i was eating prolly 8 times a day . i only weigh 142 right now
