The trailer is a huge ripoff of Team Fortress 2. Yes, it uses lots of the same elements from the Meet the Team trailers. Yes, that girl does a doublejump with a bat.
The game, however, is completely different. Modern Warfare 2 is more of a ripoff of CSS than Microvolts is a ripoff of TF2. HOWEVER, the trailers are the only reason why the company will be sued. Someone go to these people and tell them that the internet is stupid and they'll make negative comparisons.
@HeadInjuryGamesPro There are actually a lot more than the trailer. For example, the way blood splatters on in the game is identical to TF2 as well the the hit indication marks. The the stance, movement and reloading motions between the characters in the TF2 and H.A.V.E are also identical.
And I know what I'm talking about because I am a Korean and this have been a crazy issue there.
BTW, have you seen the shameless tf2 ripoff by Chinese called Final Combat? Its quite interesting..

Hey, whats the point of signing that petition? Valve can't sue the company without going to a Korean court. Even if valve decides to sue that company, they'll probably lose since its a white man in a yellow court. There are also a few possibilities.
1. They lose money, a few americans will play the game since theres a cheaper and readily available alternative.
2. All the underaged pricks will move on to the graphically superior game.
3. They may change the game-play due to bad public reaction.
Too bad this game is nothing like Team fortress when you actually play it. Your character wields every weapons. Double jumping only applies to melee weapons(There isn't even a bat weapon in game. Just a wrench, Chainsaw and pickaxe) If you going to call it a rip-off atleast play it(protip: Everything rips off of everything)
It's more faster paced than TF2, but that's about it. The weapons, animations, everything else is just shameless plagarization. I'm surprised Valve hasn't sued the shit out of them yet.
After looking at this video closely, I've concluded that the game is more of a run and gun version of Call of Duty than a ripoff of Team Fortress. First off, one character is seen wielding both a rocket launcher and a minigun. Secondly, that same character picks up an item to be "ubercharged". Finally, at the end, multiple characters are seen with similar weapons like the soldier robot holding a minigun, the scout girl holding a sniper rifle and a bat, and the demo bot holding a rocket launcher.
It's a ripoff. I'd give it a try once cause i already got tf2 so it doesn't really matter too me. one gameplay try and i find out it's like tf2 and you have to pay money, back to tf2. In other words give it a try before making whiney previews about it. at least it's based off of something that IS good.

Doom was also before Quake. The order I posted the names of titles does not neccesarily reflect which game was first, i just typed them in as they came to me and it was coincidental that both examples had the game that was made first, listed second.
Surprisingly, this game isn't that much like TF2, and is actually pretty fun on its own. That's one for the record books, eh?

Here's the facts of the full current release.
1. THERE ARE NO CLASSES.
2. THERE ARE NO BASEBALL BATS. (there might have been at some point but not now)
3. As a matter of fact, the Shield powerup makes you glow blue regardless of team.
4. If you think that the rocket animations are similar to the soldiers, then you must think the font at the end of this movie is the Valve TF2 font.
5. Anybody can double jump if they wield a melee weapon. By the way, the melees are a wrench, hammer, and shovel.

There are obvious reasons why this is NOT a ripoff of TF2.
- 2:11 The "soldier" as you all think he is turned into a "heavy" as you all think he is when he picked up a powerup.
- Notice the lack of medics.
- Notice the dropped powerups.
- 0:50 That guy fires a rifle then shoots a rocket. OMG IZ HE A SULJER OR A SNAIPUR
- Trampoline.
- Grenade was EMP.
Obviously the similarities are nods to TF2 for being grandaddies of class-based gameplay. It has more than just TF2's basic gameplay.

Hey, whats the point of signing that petition? Valve can't sue the company without going to a Korean court. Even if valve decides to sue that company, they'll probably lose since its a white man in a yellow court. There are also a few possibilities.
1. They lose money, a few americans will play the game since theres a cheaper and readily available alternative.
2. All the underaged pricks will move on to the graphically superior game.
3. They may change the game-play due to bad public reaction.

Too bad this game is nothing like Team fortress when you actually play it. Your character wields every weapons. Double jumping only applies to melee weapons(There isn't even a bat weapon in game. Just a wrench, Chainsaw and pickaxe) If you going to call it a rip-off atleast play it(protip: Everything rips off of everything)

After looking at this video closely, I've concluded that the game is more of a run and gun version of Call of Duty than a ripoff of Team Fortress. First off, one character is seen wielding both a rocket launcher and a minigun. Secondly, that same character picks up an item to be "ubercharged". Finally, at the end, multiple characters are seen with similar weapons like the soldier robot holding a minigun, the scout girl holding a sniper rifle and a bat, and the demo bot holding a rocket launcher.

It's a ripoff. I'd give it a try once cause i already got tf2 so it doesn't really matter too me. one gameplay try and i find out it's like tf2 and you have to pay money, back to tf2. In other words give it a try before making whiney previews about it. at least it's based off of something that IS good.

And Unreal Tournament is a rip-off of Quake, which is a rip-off of Doom.... Screw it. Every deathmatch shooter made since the year 1998 has followed the same damned formula, the same damned weapons (pistol, chaingun, shotgun, sniper, rocket launcher, energy/flame thrower). One rip-off isn't any less original than the other.

This is a pre-rendered trailer. It is NOT the actual game. The only thing H.A.V.E. has in common with TF2 is the use of guns and a red and blue team.

Doom was also before Quake. The order I posted the names of titles does not neccesarily reflect which game was first, i just typed them in as they came to me and it was coincidental that both examples had the game that was made first, listed second.
