secession is reform. Look how much of an improvement the CSA constitution is. Outlaws the slave trade indesputably, doesn't leave it open for 20 years then up to the people. Gives the president the authority to pick sections of bills he likes and advocate them to congress. How great would that be if the president could do that today instead of having to either reject or accept the whole bill? Think of how many bullshit strings could be stripped.
