  • Oh hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • Hi, for more great weight loss tips watch this video /watch?v=9QpzdK7wdYY good luck ;)

  • Even though people probably already know this you can still find the article if you just google the whole link. Oh and I've just been watching Boogie's serious vids for well over an hour now. Fucking great stuff.

  • Comment removed

  • Your a great and inspiring dude. Great job :)

  • From the entertainment from some of your other videos, its great to hear you on a serious level. Sound like a good guy

  • I think I understand, I mean shows like the biggest loser are not reality shows because they don't show you the reality. It's just another fad idea to make money, at the expense of obese people, how many people so you actually reckon watch this show and become inspired when the truth and the side effects of extreme weight loss is hidden?

  • im not a big guy i have no prob with weight but it seems to me that it should be common since that droping alot of weight in a short amount of time is not a good idea.

  • very true stuff good vid

  • They took this down wtf!?

  • this is bullsh*t!oh man really?because you dont have the will power to lose weight no one should lose weight?i dont know wtf that article says but you are like:yeah you can lose weight even if you want!Of course you can,I lost more than 20kg the last 2 years...omg!it is pure willpower, now i am all healthy and i love my body, but u prefer to eat and hate it.it is everyone choose to make

  • @3650mr If you were actually literate, people may actually take you more seriously.

  • @3650mr shut up retard. he isnt talking about losing weight healthily. he is talking about losing massive weight in a short amount of time and the toll it takes on the body.

and 20kg in 2 years? wtf were you even trying? I lost 60kg in 3 months and still did it healthily.

  • @viper8608 maybe he didnt need to lose as much weight as u did fatass *trollface*....lol jk

  • @3650mr

I don't think you really understood what he was saying in the video.

  • So the show dehydrated the guy, shoved him in a sauna for hours at a time and fed him consistent thermogenic weight loss pills that increase body temperature and heart rate?

Those guys are utterly fucking retarded and that's some dangerous as fuck shit to do.

Putting all that strain of an obese guys heart and lungs. Fucking idiots.

  • I just got to this video Steve. It is a real shame that the article has been removed. If you have saved it anywhere on your computer I would appreciate you messaging it to me over facebook sometime :) thanks bud.

  • ABC created 20 accounts just to dislike this.

  • THE REMOVED LINK HAS BEEN REPOSTED HERE!!!

  • Francis or gtfo

  • I really wish it was possible to read this article.

  • I prefer dying at 60 and happy rather than live to 90 and see my body getting weaker and weaker everyday

  • @gatesofdarkness But wat about those around you? Surely seeing, being with and supporting your family and friends grow up and develop is more important than Hamburgers? Im also sure that at a healthier weight you would change your view of dying much much earlier than you should. I implore you, see the light of becoming a healthy human being!

  • @dannyboyD13 I have a healthy lifestyle and I am not obese at all.... but I do it not to live longer, but because I like to gym and do sports.... my point is that everyone should be happy to do what he wants without being judged by anybody, and personally rather die at 60 rather than live long enough like my grandfather ( he is 92 and he could not walk well, takes shitloads of pills everyday, and is always in pain ... and he always lived healthily ) so i prefer short and sweet

  • It's been removed.

  • @GIRLINA101 You can read James' article here: pastebin .com/ EABYNCB5

  • Does anyone know where the article can be found now?

  • holy shit a whole comment page without a single bad thing?

Some hope in humanity has been restored.

  • I will think about it because i bet none of us really knew the "reality" behind these "reality" shows

Thank you for sharing this with me boogie

  • @boogie2988 what's your opinion on jamie olivers food revolution?

  • but life isnt about living long and healthy. its about living happy and doing everything to your fullest

  • lol

  • best way to lose weight is become a meth-head .... lol jokin <3

  • Do you think diruetics and weight loss pills had a lot to do with his health problems? I would imagine he had access as well as people pushing him to use them.

  • You sit around and play video games all day? You bastard! I work my ass off, to support people like you! Why cant you work? Seriously, I want an answer. You should have a job.

  • @marshalljimduncan if he can sustain himself without a job, what for?

  • I can't believe they censored it. What is happening to freedom of speech?

  • @johnyguitar01 Free Speech gets in the way of people making money.

  • @johnyguitar01 I do the exactly the same, but I play Metin-Delivrance :)

  • @johnyguitar01 he probably signed a contract before he went on the show saying he wasnt gunna say anything.

  • THEM MOTHER FUCKERS CENSORED THIS SHIT QUICK!!

  • Weight loss takes time and should take time. I lost 15kg (around 30pounds) in 2,5months and that still might be too fast so I took short break from it. These "weight loss shows" are just inhuman, first of all, if you lose weight too fast your skin might not keep up and the result is... well... ugly

Also your heart might not be able to take it

  • page is now password protected even with the cache thing. shoulda just copy and pasted it into your description.

  • I only watch those shows when I'm on the treadmill.

  • they took it down! :(

  • isnt it "damaging and dangerous" to be fat?

  • @happygameshow It is in the long term, but the kind of weight loss that is required for these kind of shows in such a short time poses immediate health issues, some of which can be life threatening. Think about that.

  • @johnyguitar01 I'm thinking 700 pounds you're not going to have much of a life unless you do something drastic. Reading the article the guy understood the pressure he was under and had the choice to walk out at any time. Think about it, how many obese people live long and healthy lives?

  • @happygameshow True, but being overweight is not like being on fire, its not an immediate danger. If you are losing such a huge amount of weight in such a short time then it is far more dangerous. James said that he already wanted to turn his life around and that had motivated him to lose weight on his own, without having any health problems. So long as your motivated, you can do it without killing yourself, but the kind of weight loss demonstrated on that show simply isn't healthy.

  • Password protected!! D: Dang

  • dammit, even the cached article seems to be password protected.. wtf? =/

  • It's rediculous that words that we wish to express are continued to be controlled and deligated because it may cause a major company to lose a few viewers. That makes me want to support them and watch ANY of their shows less and I hope that they think twice before trying to quiet any of us.

  • google updated their cache D:

  • Where can you read it now?

  • The odds of someone having health problems from staying morbidly obese is much greater than from rapid weight loss itself. It's just one of the side effects of being so obese. When you put your body through that much change in a short period of time your body may have difficulties settling but when they revert back to their old habits as seeing old habits die hard is when people really start to get into double trouble. The bottom line is they signed a waiver and no one twisted their arm.

  • continuation: When you think about it weight loss is really a simple equation. You eat 25% less calories on average less a day and you increase your physical activity every day by 25% a day and you will lose weight. The hard part is staying with the program. The more you restrain yourself from something you love such as food in this case the more you're going to want it. So don't restrain yourself from food. Eat more often with smaller portions and this will increase your metabolism.

  • continuation 2: and will ensure that the food you eat will be utilized and not stored as excessive energy. It's not so much what you eat or how much you eat it's all about timing and how you eat it. I think having a personal training for someone who isn't physically motivated or doesn't know where to start is great, but for someone who can get out there themselves it really isn't necessarily and can actually be detrimental if the trainer pushes them to the point where they no longer want to.

  • @PersistentOne1 But the point is if you loose weight over a more reasnible amount of time 3 years for the morbidly obease many of these side affects can be averted.

  • @98smithg This is true, but I guess what my main point is is that it's better to lose it too quickly then to never lose anything at all and continue on the path of a suicidal destructive shameful and agonizing lifestyle. Which is exactly where over 90% of the contestants were heading. I see less health risks in losing weight rapidly then gaining weight beyond being morbidly obese.

  • @PersistentOne1...actually it's not. You are pretty much 100% guaranteed to have some kind of health issue with rapid weight loss. Every person I have known who has had gastric bypass surgery has either died from it or has had major health issues due to it like iron deficiency, gall stones, hernias etc... The reality is losing weight as fast as most of these people on these shows do, causes actual physical damage to their bodies.

  • You should lose weight and post videos on youtube of your progress every week or so. That would definately inspire alot of people and really turn your life around.

  • You are so good!!!

  • I only way 150

  • Fuck the critics my doctor told me I had to fit in a line a mm thick on an entire page I was pissed at him

  • Most of my friends were black

  • Do what the top comment says, it shows you the article, although the video on the article is private so yo ucan't watch it.

  • Article is down unfortunately :(

  • Boogie is the shit! finally someone tellin it like it is

  • Damn the article was taken down :S

  • Boogie these videos are so real, come from your heart and your opinions are controversial but correct

    my hats off to you

  • Some Pro-Bodybuilders were criticizing that show (and others) a few years ago in some of the health mags I had. The way they [contestants] were losing weight wasn't healthy and some of it could have been fatally dangerous.

And the emphasis on losing 'fat' without adding some lean mass was counter-productive.

  • it is not cool the way fat folks are treated, second class citizens. Denied life insurance, denied medical insurance. They are publicly ridiculed yes, but now parents are having their children taken away because the kids are fat . We would never treat drug addicts as bad as this country treats fat folks. Seriously need to get people to stop treating fat folks as scapegoats, let fat people have some dignity and respect...and Boogie keep my video games out of it.

  • So.... your voice is not actually as squeaky as it sounds in other videos? My life is ruined.

  • does anyone know what the poster on the wall is called..the purple girl with the blue hair

I swear i've seen it somewhere before

  • link not found...did anyone happen to save the article to their comp?

  • @mattatthome hey man people do what they want. STFU!

  • Boogie for Prez!!!! :)

  • Here is a key tip people: If it doesn't mention anything about working your ass off then it's fake. You can't go from being extremely fat to being skin on bones by merely taking pills.

Think of it like learning. The higher IQ you have, the quicker you will learn. With exercising it is the higher metabolism you have, the quicker you will burn calories. Other then that there is nothing that will really help you other than making adjustments to your diet (BUT NOT THROUGH PILLS!).

  • then dont get fat holy shit

  • Remove the ( )s. Shorturl to Google cache link: alturl(.com)/kvyz2

Preserving it via reposting to other sites: pastebin(.com)/RB5STmCs justpaste(.it)/jnh Yay internet :p

  • It's a double edged sword... on one hand, these people are so morbidly obese they're literally on their death beds at the age of ~30. If they don't lose the weight, they're going to die. The fact that they lose on average 20 lbs a WEEK is just stupidity. Your body can't handle such a dramatic change, it shuts down thinking it's under attack. It's not worth risking their lives moreso just for good TV when they can just extend the show for another 3 months and let them lose weight normally...

  • @Username1143 One guy lost like 50 pounds in a week on that show. Plus the fact they work them so hard they puke. The show is pretty retarded.

  • My wife watches that shit... I'll have to have her read this. I am amazed this hasn't been exposed by others.

  • Dont forget the official Biggest Loser videogames.

  • I love you boogie, been watching for a long time but it is noones fault but their own when someone is at an unhealthy weight (excluding specific medical problems). It is not marketters problem, it is the people buying and eating it out of their own free will who need to wake up to themselves. People going onto shows like the biggest loser aren't just there to be healthy, they want attention otherwise they wouldnt invite em on if they werent interesting.

Take responsibility for your own life ppl

  • i didnt knew he could talk "normal" , maybe cause ive only seen like 2 of this guys vids lol

  • Don't worry about the show, worry about losing weight. Drink the Mean Green Juice. Watch the movies "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and "Forks Over Knives." The government is who you should be bitching about for leaving cow (Red Meat and Milk) as part of the food groups. Kids get hamburgers and milk in school, and they get fat. The farmers are part of the USDA, that's why nothing changes.

  • natural body weight is not fat , when you have a belly thats un-natural .

  • "im gonna die earlier than I would.. based on the fact that i eat to many...... fuckin hamburgers" lol'd

  • people haveing problems with the cached go to pastebinDOTcom /EABYNCB5 or go there and search Real Reality the Scary Truth and Scandal :thumbs up so people can see it:

  • Your so fat you make butter look healthy...

  • @FrankPanky You're* Nice try.

  • Should do it for the right reasons not for money. I used to weigh nineteen stone at 15 and now i'm going into the Royal Engineers on the 25th of march. It's possible. Believe me.

  • OMG I just read the email screen captures of James' article - and I'm just disgusted. Just goes to show, when push came to shove, Chris Powell didn't give a damn about anyone else but his ratings. Karma's a bitch, Powell, and your five minutes are up.

  • A LITERAL CASH COW.

No really though I enjoyed the video that part just made me laugh

  • Dont stop loosing weight!!! You will lose more in no time!!! and there is one more thing...

Have you played legue of legends???

  • you have lost weight! :D gj ! keep it up!:D

  • dont give up boogie and remember your entire fanbase is here for you!

  • hit the skinny kids

  • Everyone has an opinion, but who's got experience to back that up? Not many people. I hear stories and complaints... and more stories and complaints and judgments and upset... from people who have no idea what condition these people's bodies were in when they started. It's not being fat that creates the danger. These obese people need a full panel of bloodwork done to see how their organs are functioning before they lose ANY weight. Whether it's rapidly on TV or slowly by just walking!
