To everyone wondering about the facepaint I had a blacklight party and highlighters worked awesome: the sharpie brand is really bright. You can wash the color of the highlighters off, but the glow will still be there and it's pretty awesome. If you plan on trying to imitate this you need tons of flash(brightness wise). Feel free to try but it didn't work for me and I have two extremely bright strobes. Also, when buying blacklights buy the largest ones you can afford, and don't buy ones with col

They are there to show the paint, to highlight differences of what it looks like when the glow is on.

its flourescent paint, name brand usually day-glo. you can get it well online or probably some sort of store that sells paint or party supplies
