It wasn't in Charleroi, it was in Brussels at the football ground of Union Saint-Gilles. Most people came to see Status Quo which led to an incident. A few guys at the front were dissing Feargal, during the end of the set he went down (in a friendly manner) frontstage as if to greet the crowd but when he approached these guys he hit one of them on the head with his microphone and quickly ran back on stage before the guys could react and of course security made sure they didn't try and jump the
