  • im an asian and we cook the shrimps with that orange thing. that's the fat (as what people say here) and that is so yummy. makes your shrimp a bit sweet. and fats hold lots of flavor so it makes your shrimp more tasty :) but for clean presentation purposes, you can also remove the fat :)
