Wether you wear a perm or not what comes out of your scalp is yours. Soy mullatta latina i have very curly hair so it doesn't need a perm pero mi hermanas is kinky . it grew its fullest with the perm but no damage. With natural hers didn't grow to the fullest. Its back length now. As long as its healthy and manageable.
