Wow, I'm amazed! Bruce is the very best singer for me in all "pop industry", but I've never exprected such an amazing Remember Tomorrow...I loved the studio version but I guess I have a new #1. I think they choose this song because they've heard already how did sing in Samson, but if you can sing remember tomorrow properly, you can sing classic maiden...and yes, it's a shame how Di'anno fails to sing this song nowadays.

I'm confused. He said it was the first song he ever RECORDED with Maiden, but It's a Di 'Anno song that appeared on the first album. I guess that means they recorded Bruce's audition session of this song. They probably picked this song, because it was one of Di'Anno's best efforts and they wanted a side by side comparison. I still like Di'Anno's version better, but Bruce rocks this song in his own way.

Di'Anno's voice suited their old style MUCH better. To say Bruce sounds better here is like saying Di'Anno would sound better on Powerslave. Iron Maiden had their instrumental sound oriented around the singing styles of each singer. I am actually beginning to like the Di'Anno days better...

This a GREAT version of "Remember Tomorrow" (I still like Italy '81 better in terms of BD's singing, but this one comes damn close). Bruce's screams at the end and vocals in general sound like they did back in '81-'82, before his voice went down the toilet. He didn't sound half this good in 1990 (when I last saw them live).
