@PIEDEDIPIOMB0 Anyone who thinks Roberto Moreno was a poor driver doesn't know enough about motorsport to fill the back of a postage stamp. Highly talented, superb in F3000, hugely unlucky in F1 insofar as he was never in the right place at the right time. I would like to see you try and qualify an Andrea Moda or match your treble World Champion team-mate for pace in your only race in a half-way decent car you ignorant little tit. Do some reading, if you're capable, you might learn something.
I remember watching this race and thinking, "Man, that Marty Reid guy is a terrible commentator. I hope he never comes to NASCAR." Low and behold, here he is doing play by play for ESPN. Put Bestwick back in the booth!
Indy cars also race road courses guys-more road that oval nowadays. The oval corners are rarely the same-INdy has virtually no banking and a lot of speed-indy cars pull 3-5 g's in the corners, due to the wings and downforce.
What are the names of the two commentators talking? I can't stand the tone of their voices. They make the race so boring. Pathetic. Bring back Paul Page to do Indy
this is crap racing 15-20 cars per race.nascar has 43 per race and people get sent home.if oval racing is such crap then how come none of these racers can handle it.they all come to nascar and fail.they suck. they are so spread out none of them know how to race in traffic.you can keep this crap you call racing.the tracks are never sold out with crap
what? yeah there are only 15-20 cars in a race but indy racing is still a solid form of racing, the drivers are indeed talented, nascar just requires a different technique. hell tony stewart came from indy before he raced nascar and didn't preform right away, it takes time to adapt. a driver like carl edwards, jeff gordon or dale jr couldn't jump in one of those cars and win right away thats absurd. if you cant see the talent possesed by indy drivers than your blind.
easy to say that. i am pretty sure if you drove a car around that track at 230 + MPH you would likely soil yourself. i don't understand why people have to disrespect different forms of racing. i don't like F1 but i still respect the talent it takes to handle the car. but in response to your question: what is so hard about playing follow the leader around a road course and making little to no attempts to pass?
oval racing doesnt need skill and is just a lottery..
i am presuming you dont watch the sport and this is just a silly comment made off the top of your head... no women?? also ignorance is bliss it seems...
im not going to throw any insults in your direction... ill let others do that!

Oval racing is so SHIT and such a LOTTERY REQUIRING NO SKILL WHAT SO EVER - NO WONDER YOU HAVE WOMEN IN THE RACE, AMERICAN FOOTBALL IS ALSO SHIT. F1 is the best
This comment has received too many negative votesshow

Well, the good thing is that the car is open source, so they are plenty of people willing to repair it when it gets sent back in. On the other side of the track, the Windows car crashed and microsoft promised to fix it in an upcoming service pack that may or may not come in a couple years.
They only managed to collect $18k, i guess that's why Tux had to be so small. Their goal was $350k, had they reached it they might have been able to have an all penguin-colored car.
Good lord, it's the most obvious joke in the book. It's the first thing I thought when I heard about it too. It's not like it was something brilliant that most people wouldn't come up with.
