  • blade looks beautiful

  • Hey Zelbone, what's the balance like on this baby?

  • @Tenkuu The balance on this is excellent for me at least. A few of my friends have similar talibongs and ginuntings made by the same pandays and they are all slightly different in terms of size and weight. This one balances particularly well with the hilt being heavy enough to compensate for the length and weight of the blade.

  • @zelbone i should get a kampilan

  • Nice Blade Budd

  • Whoa. How much did you get this for?

  • U SHOULD GO TO DOG BROTHERS

  • we have lots of that in bacolod

  • I bet it could cut a an empty bottle since the short balisong could cut the filled one too

  • sick swords+knives you have, quite a collection. But id reccomend cutting other things rather than always water bottles, because most pocket knives could do that.

  • the goal of test cutting is not what it can cut, but how well it can cut its target. Water bottles demonstrate how sharp something is. if the blade isn't sharp enough, then the water bottle will just bat away like a baseball. If the edge alignment is off, then the cut won't be as clean if it cut at all, and it shows. Water bottles are a great and inexpensive way to test both how sharp your blade is, and how well your edge slignment is.

  • @Tenkuu Thanks. I'm new to PMA and swords so your comments were very educational for me.

  • have one just like it :) where is style these days? I'm an old friend back in the states...
