i learned that from a tab file by mathias ia eklundh. if you hammer the string over the third fret, but without pushing it down onto the fret, you get this pinch harmonic. now, if you first bend down the strings with the tremolo, then play the pinch harmonic and then releasing the trem, the sound kind of pitches up... hope that helped, if not, write me a message...
