Hm, I personally think peach, yellow, etc. eyeliner for the waterline beats the purpose, I would recommend the NYX auto eyeliner in "White", it's my FAVORITE waterline eyeliner, it's not stark white, very natural, it brightens up my eyes but it's not noticeable, no one has asked me "are you wearing white eyeliner?!" lolol. But yeah! I totally recommend it! [:

There's a bunch of white eye pencils in various drugstores, I guess I can't justify $15 for a white eyeliner if it's not even going to last much longer than one less than half it's price.

I don't know if the NYX pencils are safe for the waterline, but I use my NYX jumbo in milk to line my waterline. The color will lose a lot of it's vibrancy throughout the day, but for me, I like it because it becomes very sheer and shimmery. If you want to maintain the original pigmentation, you're going to have to take the jumbo pencil and reapply throughout the day.
