  • so your teacher was a sculptor :D i love the way you are working in depths and lights like in sculpting (sorry for my english) instead with just coloring lines.. how do you blend colors together? it seems here it just blends itself...

  • @orcusdei

I think if the opacity isn't at 100%, colors colored over eachother will seamlessly blend together. Not positive though...

  • Too interesting style, great!

  • When you went to the color palette, and the colors seems to make that criss-cross pattern; thats usually a problem with the adobe gamma program. When my photoshop did that, my entire color scheme for windows was off. I unistalled the adobe gamma and it seemed to fix that

  • Wow, you're an amazing artist! Your work is so rich and vibrant, it's very inspirational!

I was just wondering though, when you paint the colours, do you do it directly over your grayscale sketch? (Like, all on one layer) ~ Or do you do it on a seperate layer?

  • I would love to hang pictures of this "sketch" at various points of being created. It looks so stunned even before it's fnished.

  • Awesome. Did you use ref?

  • wow this was really nice to see :) thank you for sharing!

  • Are you creating layers when you paint over (say her eyes)? Or are you destroying stuff when you paint over?

  • I paint on the same layer. but it doesn't really matter, just use the way you like.

  • Good work! Really cool to se how especially the face was dunn. /Barbapappa
