it should cost the same however if you get fallout 3 for pc and have a pc that can handle it its well worth it, you get acess to mods and console commands which the 360 and ps3 lacks, although if you buy the dl's you have to get them for each system (i have for 360 and had to rebuy for pc =s)

No it doesn't. I bought it when it first came to the PS3 and it did not have Knights of the Nine. The GOTY version does, but then again, that's how it is for all systems.

This DLC has been made exclusive for Microsoft so, unless it's a timed contract, PS3 will never get this DLC.
