Xbox has: Halo, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden, Dead Space, the xbox gets each Cod game after Black Ops 6 months earlier, Forza, will soon have Metal Gear Solid so MGS would become an exclusive. More games are Crackdown, Fable, Front Lines, Far Cry. Just stating my opinion.

MGS rising is more of a gap between MGS 4 and 2. It's still mostly an exclusive. Your list can go on and on but half of those games aren't worth mentioning for the sake of the argument. We have less exclusives but better ones though.
