William richert came in wearing a pift helmet that was River's.He then told us a story about a night at a club in san francisco where River wore the hat all night sorta getting into character.His exact words were,"when he (river) did something he really did it".
The autograph was actually Bill Richert's! He came to Tucson for a screening of "My Own Private Idaho" in 2007. Glad you enjoyed the new "Jimmy Reardon"! Bill is the man and the Loft is hands down, the best theatre in the world!
when was this? i'd have soo love to be there if only to ask them about River...u're lucky..and about that autograph, it wouldn't be weird that it was River's, i even think it resembles Riv's writing...but who knows..
