What misogynist pile of bullcrap... so this is marketed for "women"? Women and children and other 2nd class persons I guess? People can do real trapeze or straps, or use bars in jungle gym if they feel like, no need for that watered down bullshit.
some of the moves are very similar to the TRX suspension training system...but the TRX doesn't have a bar that you can swing on....that's pretty awesome.
@DCaydence you can totally do most of that stuff on the TRX. I've been trying it lately and it's pretty fun. I have taken aerial dance on trapeze too so it helps to have that experience. I might start putting up some videos so people can see how easy this is to do at home.
This looks GREAT! Just wondering if anyone knows exactly where it has launched in the USA? And is this only a class given in certain gyms or do they sell it as a personal product for the public?
