They should make one last Darkstalkers game and make the graphics a little bit like MvC3. But everything else should stay the same and add a couple new characters.

It's not about being lazy, it's about Japan's declining employable artist rate. Also, the time and cost that such an operation takes considering the amount of chars Darkstalkers has.

Chances are with SFIV popularity they will make it 2.5 and use the same engine or improved version on Darksalkers. I never played a lot of DS but casually it's pretty fun.

Pretty much. She's a Jiang Shi, a chinese 'hopping corpse'. A little like a zombie and a little like a (lifeforce stealing) vampire.
She's often refered to as a ghost, (probably because of her backstory) as well. But she's definitly a Jiang Shi.
