this costume is not based on the "newest" cover. and for the mega man it IS based on, the COSTUME (who cares that hes not a MAN but a child, let the kid dress up!!) the COSTUME is dead on. no if and or but's. a mega man 3 mega man does NOT need the latest mega man attire. this works perfectly for a CHILD'S costume of Mega Man 3...
